Is it possible to define a maximum amount of workers per location?
Lets say that we have location 'plaza gym' which only has 3 rooms, meaning only 3 services can happen at the same time. So if 3 services are booked for 3 o clock all other bookings for 3 oclock should be disabled regardless of worker-service combination.
There is no strict option to set up the maximum workers on location, but you can assign locations to employees as many as you like.
"So if 3 services are booked for 3 o clock all other bookings for 3 oclock should be disabled regardless of worker-service combination."
In this case you must have 3 different employees that are providing the service, and if all of them are busy or working on multiple locations, they will not be able to take appointments for other services, because they can not provide 2 different service or be on 2 different locations at the same time.
Your answer is based on the assumption that all of the worker are concurently working which is not my business case. My business case is like this
Image you have a portfolio of personal trainers you can choose from and a location. These personal trainers do not work 8 hour shifts constantly. They will come to the location only if booked. But the location does not have the capacity to accommodate all of them simultaneously. Meaning that there should be a safeguard to prevent having bookedServices > locationCapacity for a given time window.
Then this can be the issue because you need to specify where the services are, employees that are providing those services and the locations.
Which in your case will not do the trick, because all the 8 employees will be working on all locations, and you can not limit them to only 3 locations unfortunately.

Is this something that the plugin supports?

Hello Bohgan.

Does that make more sense?
Hi Panteleimon,
Thank you for explanation.
