I'll use the coupons as a main paying system (i'll sell suscriptions with another plug in and send coupons to pay the reservations)
The main question is. Is there some way to check in the payments information of which coupon did the client use to pay?
It's important to me to track the coupons, since I will use it as a payment method, and when i'll have a lot of customers I'll need to track it.
Also i don't know if this is a customization and if it can be done (I just need to see in the information of payment method, which coupon the client used and if it's possible, how many times he used) because now only display as a discount.
Obviously, when I'll send my coupons, ill set up with a limit of time and use limitation. But i need to know it.
Like you mentioned, the coupons used can be seen only as discount on the Finance page and on the Appointments page (when you Edit the payment/appointment) in Amelia with its current built-in features. There isn't a possibility to see on some place the coupons used per customer or how many times they used it, unfortunately. That would require some customization, and this isn't covered by our support. I will add this as a feature request to our list so it can be considered for implementation in the future.
There is a placeholder that can be sent to the employee - %coupon_used% - which shows which coupon the customer used for that booking, if that could help.
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
All those files that have extension .vue are compressed and minimized in JS files that are very hard and not recommended for modifying. So in order to add some features to the plugin you would need to unminify the js and customize it. Again this isn't recommended and done easily, unfortunately.
I am not sure about this one, how they would do the customization and whether it will be saved after each update of Amelia, you would need to check this out with them. In general, if you change something in the Amelia code the change will be deleted when you update the plugin.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.

Hello Marija, thanks for the answer, it will help me for the moment.
About customizations, can you explain me how it works?, i mean, in case i make one, this customizations will be available after amelia updates?
Thanks!
You are welcome, Christian.

If you want you can try with some customization services, like Codeable for example, Codeable Custom Solution for Amelia plugin or Kraken https://wpkraken.io/?tms-plugins (by following the links they would know it is our recommendation).

Thanks Marija, i'll check it with them!
About the future updates, if i make a customization with them, customizations will be not lost?
Thanks!
You are welcome.
