Reschedule problem via front end customer panel

I'm using Amelia to make online zoom meetings.

I'm selling online lessons, my lessons have a maximum capacity of 4 students, and amelia is set up like this (maximum capacity set to 4 students, minimum 1 student)

I need to allow to my customers to reschedule their meetings via the front end customer panel, but i found a big problem, is the next one.

When I was testing the system, I create this example.

Customer 1 it's making reservation jun 26th at 5 pm (so he's taking one slot of the lesson)

Customer 2 it's making reservation 1st july at 7pm, and taking 1 slot.

For some reason, customer 1 it's trying to reschedule the lesson at 1st july at 7pm (same as customer 2) but the front end customer panel it's not showing the slot for 1st july at 7pm, the system shows other hours but not this one exactly, like if the room it's full, but is not full.

Can you check this problem please. It's very important to give a real good service to the customers.

    Thanks!

Thank you Aleksandar, please let me know when it will be solved.

By the way, another related issue is the next one.

When you click in the email or customer panel to join the zoom meeting, always first time launch the auto download zoom file on their website.

Next time you click in the "join zoom meeting" link, it opens the meeting normally.

Is there some way to avoid the download zoom direct link before join meeting?

    Thanks!

    Hello again Christian

Please don't ask me to remember to notify you about this. I would love to, but I simply can't promise that I'll remember. I receive around 100 tickets every day and I can't take that upon myself. They have been notified, and they told me the logic will be changed, but they cannot promise if it will be changed with the next release since it's scheduled for next week.

Please subscribe to our .Newsletter, and you'll be notified when there's a change.

As for Zoom - unfortunately, that's how their linked are generated. Every Zoom meeting I ever attended acted the same, and there's no way in Amelia to change that.
