I would like the appointment confirmation emails that go to the employee to automatically link to any files uploaded in a custom field during the booking process. I'm trying to eliminate the need for my employees to look at appointments in the Amelia backend, and instead get all the information they need served up to them via email. Something like the attached. Is this possible?
You can add information from the custom fields to the email notifications using the placeholders, but this isn't possible for the attachment custom field, unfortunately. Attachments added by customers using the Attachment custom field can't be sent in email notifications with Amelia's current built-in features. We have this in our to-do list for future implementation, but we can't say when exactly will be added and released.
