Please check our demo sites, and see how the plugin should look like on mobiles.

Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.

Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. 

You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I cannot reproduce that issue on my end.

The form loads great.

If it's loading on Firefox, then there's probably something in Chrome (or whatever browser you're using) that's preventing the form from being loaded. Can you try clearing cache from the browser, or from incognito mode?

It seems to be an intermittent issue. Our developer can see the page when he loads it from his mobile phone.

I, however, can't get the page to load on my mobile device, regardless of the browser I'm using. I asked our developer to take another look at this, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

The issue on your website lies somewhere in the CORS policy. I just confirmed that your booking page does work on my mobile device as well, if I add www in front of "famelondon". Please try that

So, you should reach out to your hosting provider about this issue. They should know how to help you out. I know CORS doesn't allow for home to be served on one address, and handled on another (famelondon.com vs www.famelondon.com)
