Hi,
I am hoping to use you booking plugin but I cannot seem to change the appointment duration to 40 minutes. Before I proceed, is this posssible in the paid version?

Thank you for your inquire.
You can set the duration of the service while configuring the services also you can check default time slot step in Amelia General settings.
Probably the configuration is wrong configured and that is why you can not set the desired duration.

This is not possible with the plugin built-in features.
Overlapping appointments are only possible with different employees, not with the same employee.
