We fixed this issue in the last update of Amelia, version 2.7. You can check out the Changelog here. So please update Amelia and you will be able to recharge your SMS balance.

Marija, I have the 2.6 version and i can't update it to 2.7 automaticaly. You really need to polish your software. It's not ready but we i have bought it and i count on it. When are the problems going to be fixed? Thank you
2) Delete Amelia plugin from WordPress Plugins page
3) Click on Add new on Plugins page
4) Click on Upload plugin on Plugins page
5) Choose previously downloaded ameliabooking zip file
6) When uploading is done, please Activate Amelia plugin
7) Clear server and browser cache.
Please note that if you delete plugin from Plugins page you WILL NOT lose your data, because it is already saved in your database.
Please note that our plugin have a size of around 6 MB so if yo are not able to upload the plugin through WordPress plugins page, then you need to increase following:
upload_max_file size,
post_max_size ,
max_execution_time
You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.
And i have to do all this instead just hit the update button because? Look. I am Master of public health. Not a programmer. I have bought your plugin because it was supposed to be easy to install and to run. This is beyond my expertise.

The plugin just needs to be deactivated and deleted, and the new version to be installed for the manual update, there isn't anything else that should be done (so developer knowledge to be needed for this). Sure. What happens with all the parameters and signalements that i have already configured? I have created jobs , schedules etc. Won't i loose all my configurations after i will deactivate and delete the plugin? Thank you
No, Marios, you won't loose anything when you deactivate and delete Amelia on the Plugins page. Everything is saved in the database and that isn't deleted when you delete the plugin on the Plugins page.
Hej! I have managed to update my pluggin and it seems to work fine. A new problem is that i should have around 35 usd balance but it shows 0. Why is this happening? Thank you
We checked your SMS account in our database and it says you have around 28$ on your account. I am not sure why it says 0 on your end. Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens and your FTP credentials, so we could log in and take a look.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Please install a plugin for deleting auto-update transients on your website - Transients manager plugin and delete the transients for auto-updating.
You can update Amelia manually as well, by following these steps:
1) Download the zip from our store
2) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3) Delete existing ameliabooking folder
4) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section
6) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again
7) Clear server and browser cache
