I attached a screen shot showing nothing on the calendar view. If the appt. you show below was cancelled, why would the day still be blocked off? Does the appointment also need to be deleted?
I deleted the one you highlighted below. The screen shot shows the calendar view before deleting the appointment.
I don't know how you got it to display like that, honestly.
When there is a customer in the appointment, and you cancel the appointment, the customer is cancelled as well. Then when another customer is added, the appointment is approved.
I simply cannot replicate what you see on your end - cancelled appointment, approved customer. It's sort of a paradox.
I may have found the issue, though:
You're still on v2.5, and we've had some strange back-end logic back then. Administrators could create these paradoxes in back-end.

We are trying to have a customer book a time on 6/30. There is no event on that date, it's completely free. But it shows as full and is blocked off.
I turned the plugin off, then back on, flushed the cache, and flushed the server cache. It's shows as blocked on multiple computers.
How do we open it back up?
Thanks, Kevin

After that, you shouldn't be facing these issues.
