I have schedules already booked on the Google calendar, however on Amelia's schedule these times are available. I believe it is an error in synchronization, how to fix?
Could you please tell me have you connected your Employees to their Google calendars successfully? If yes, have you enabled the option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google Calendar Settings? Also, if you have some bigger number of Busy events in Google please increase the number for the option Maximum Number Of Events Returned: , which you will find in Google Calendar Settings as well.
Yes, calendars are synchronized and the Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots option is active. As for the Maximum Number Of Events Returned option, I didn't quite understand its function.
Thank you. Could you please tell me are the events that you created in Google with status Busy?
That option is the max number of events returned from your Google calendar (number of Google events from now that will be blocked for booking in Amelia), so if you have a bigger number of events you should increase the number here.
Apparently I managed to fix the problem. What happened was that google had 2 calendars. The normal calendar and calendars for reservations made through the website. The way I managed to adjust so that the events did not conflict was by editing all the events already marked on the google calendar for the same schedule as Amelia.
For any information about appointments in Amelia, you want to have in your Google calendar, you can add placeholders to the fields Event Title and Event Description which you will find in Amelia -> Settings -> Google calendar settings. You can find all the placeholders when you click on </>Show Email Placeholders in Amelia -> Notifications, by clicking on the placeholder in the list you copy it and then you can paste that placeholder to the above mentioned fields in Amelia Settings.

For the service is:
%service_name%
And to show the customer's name?
