    Hello, I am having a problem with the customer panel page. Sometimes everything works fine but sometimes the link is not working (especially on the Mac, both on Chrome and Safari, but sometimes on windows chrome too).

    When I click on the link that is on the confirmation email, it takes me to the customer panel page, but it is asking me for an email address to send me a password. I fill in the field and the button is not working. Nothing happens.

    It gives me the following message in the console:

    .....wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/users/customers/reauthorize 500

    I have the "Require password for login" option and the option to create a new user, both set to off.

    Have you updated the plugin to v2.7?

    We've had an issue with that button in 2.6, but it was fixed with the newest version.

    Hello again

    I updated the plugin to 2.7. The button is now working but the problem with the link still remains.

    When I click on the button, i am receiving the email with the link, but when I click on it, it takes me on the customer panel page, with the SEND ACCESS LINK message, asking for my email again.

     It seems there is some problem with the token or something. The link should be working when i first click it on the first confirmation email I receive as a client after the booking and not asking for my email address again. But its not working even after that.

    I would really like to have the client be able to access his page with one-click, without the need to create a wp user and have him make the confirmation proccess. I think this is the purpose of that link with the token, but it seems its not working.


    PS: on the tests I am doing, I am clicking on the link right after I am receiving the confirmation email, so the problem is not that the token is expired.

    Ignore my previous message, the problem was on me.

    I had the customer panel shortcode in a page loading in an iframe inside the Customer Panel Page, so it was not getting the token right.
