I'd like to use this plugin (Amelia) for a client of mine. We're currently building a website for him that allows users to schedule online video conferences with medical professionals. He would like to have a page that lists all of the medical professionals that are available to schedule an appointment with. If a user finds a specific medical professional that they like and would like to schedule an online appointment with them using the Amelia plugin, is there a way for the schedule form to auto-populate with that chosen medical professional's name? Or, is there a way to place a link on that specific medical professional's bio page that allows the user to schedule an appointment with them specifically instead of choosing their name from a dropdown?

    Hi Carisa Wenstrom,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Yes, of course this is possible. We don't have option to show medical professionals with bios on the page, but if you do this outside of our plugin and create separate page for each professional (to show their biography, working hours etc.) or create some block that will expand with biography of that medical professional you can there add our booking form with preselected medical professional. We have option to preselect employee during the shortcode creation so you can show the booking form for the specific employee only and in that way skip the employee selectbox and show just the available dates and time slots of that employee.

    Best regards.
