I have a subscription site where a user can create an account before making any purchases. However, it seems like the user account isnt created with Amelia. Is there a way that when a user creates an account, they create one with Amelia as well as WooCommerce? Having a separate sign up in their customer portal doesn't look too good in terms of functionality/ux. Thank you
I think this would be a major benefit to advanced websites where users already login to wordpress. This is a hassle to have to login to wordpress then login again to the Amelia appointments client portal page.
We use WooCommerce only as a payment option, so it's integrated with that aspect of WooCommerce.
As for WordPress, the plugin can create a WordPress log-in for your customers, but there are a lot of people who don't want their customers logging into back-end, so creating a Customer Panel that is in no way connected to wp-admin was mandatory when we created it.
We will make changes to it in the future, but the majority of our customers wanted it developed just like this.

Hello amos
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Amelia's Customer Panel, and WordPress (or any other log-in) are not the same, and users can never log into both at the same time.
I will forward this to our development team, and hopefully there's something they'll be able to add in one of the future releases of the plugin.
Kind Regards,

It's not truly integrated with Woocommerce (or Wordpress, for that matter) if it requires a separate login.
