I bought this booking software not too long and i only just noticed when trying to book for a service customers are not able to input their names, emails and phone number
Hello Bolayei
Thank you for your purchase.
You have more pressing issues than that, I'm afraid. Your booking form is not supposed to look like this:
Please check out our demo sites, to see how the form should look like. You should check your PHP version on your website, if all needed drivers are installed, and if you have read/write access for the ../wp-content/plugins/ folder. Please reach out to your hosting provider about this if you can't get it resolved.
Also, make sure to restart your server after you're done updating the files.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

my host is using 7.3.10 php version. And when i spoke with them they say its not from their end. And the wordpress site same php.
Hello Bolayei
If your PHP version is good, then your plugins folder doesn't have necessary permissions, so Amelia's CSS folder cannot be created.
sudo chmod -R 777 /var/www/html/WEBSITEsFOLDER/
That's the code you should run to allow needed permissions on your website. Then, restart apache, and deactivate/activate Amelia again.
If you don't know how to do that, please reach out to your hosting provider.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
