Hey , I just Put the Full version of amelia in my Booking Website (Goobim.com). I have created a Page for Customer Panel. But when any of my customer try to open the Customer panel, they can't find any password since amelia didn't ask for any password during booking the Services.
Hi Ashin Iqbal,
Thank you for your inquiry.
In order for customer to receive a link where he will be able to setup his password you need to add %customer_panel_url% placeholder in notifications. In that way after the booking customer will receive notification with a link to the panel and if you enable the option in the Roles Settings to require a login they will see option to setup their password. If you disable requiring login then customer will be able to open the panel through that link from the notifications right away. Just one note, you need to add panel to the page through the shortcode and then to paste link to your page in our Roles Settings, at the bottom of the Customers tab. You can find detailed explanation on our documentation page here.
Best regards.
