Is it possible to custom the notification for one year before the appointment, 6 months and 1 month ?
or i have to book 1 appointment at day D and 1 other appointment for the notification ?

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
At the moment we only have 1 day before reminder that can only be sent one day before the appointment. We certainly plan to work on option to set custom notification but I must say that it is not planned for the next update. If you are interested I can contact you once we implement this option?
