Could you please tell me what Mail service have you chosen in Amelia -> Notification settings? Have you followed our instructions for setting this up? If you use SMTP it can be used with Gmail like we provided an example for or any other mail service provider, but you need to have a configuration they need for that. Sometimes using SMTP for some providers like Gmail or similar is not supported by the hosting/server. So you need to check this out with them as well, what configuration is needed for SMTP sending emails on your servers.
If you have some other plugin for this purpose, sending emails/ SMTP, on your website, then you need to choose WP Mail as a Mail service in Amelia and it will use that other plugin's configuration for sending emails.
Could you please explain in more details the issue with the notifications? Are the appointments group or not, what is the status they have at first and to what status you change it?
Emails don't get sent when I pay for the service, too.
I am not sure if I understand this quite well. The email notifications that are sent from Amelia to customers are the ones that you can see on the Amelia -> Notifications page, could you please tell me which exactly is not working and on what point? Thank you!
Okay, I'll try to be more explicit. 1: when I buy a service, once the payment is made, the employer and the client should receive a notification, but it doesn't work. 2 when I change the status of an appointment the customer and the employee should receive the email but only the employee receives it.
1. There aren't email notifications in Amelia that are sent when a payment is made, only when the appointment is booked.
2. Could you please provide me with the new admin WP login for your website so I could check this out, since I can't reproduce the issue on our test website? I will create one appointment to test this.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
When I test notifications, notifications to clients don't leave
