    Hello,

I connected Amelia with my Google Calender, but now it doesn't sync the appointments I make in my private calender with Amelia.

I followed all the steps from https://wpamelia.com/configuring-google-calendar/, but I think I didn't enable the option: 'remove Google calender busy slots'.

I did follow all other steps and the rest works (syncin' appointments from Amelia with my Google Calender, except for the events).

Now I want to enable the option to remove calender busy slots, but can't find the option anywhere in my Google Developers console anymore...

This text from the configuring steps isn't completely true (for me as a computer dummy):

'You can always go back into any of the previously mentioned settings by navigating to “APIs & Services“/Credentials or OAuth consent screen, and always make sure you’re selecting the proper Project.'

Because the option 'Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots' seems to have dissapeared...

    could you please help me?

I hope I don't have to follow all the steps over again, because I found it very difficult ;-)

    Hello Aletta van Oostveen

    Thank you for your purchase.

Did you connect your employee to the calendar, like explained in this documentation section?

navigating to “APIs & Services“/Credentials or OAuth consent screen has nothing to do with "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots", since one is in your Google Developer Console, while the other is in Amelia, on your WordPress website.

Also, the slider "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" cannot disappear - it's been included from the beginning, and that cannot be removed.

If you can't get it to work, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi again Aletta

I logged in, and saw that "Remove Google Calendar busy slots" wasn't enabled:

I enabled it, and increased the maximum number of returned events to 1000, so now your busy events from your Google Calendar should be removed from Amelia Employee's schedule.

This goes for the new appointments, not the existing ones. Please try and let me know.

    Kind Regards,
