    I am yet to get a response on this ticket. Kindly reply urgently. I thought in Premium Support you will provide a response within few hours. 18 hours have passed and no response yet.

    I see my colleague responded to your ticket, so you can continue solving the issue there. 

    Please note that our work hours are 10:00 - 17:00 (can vary up to 1-2 hours) CET Monday - Friday, so you can expect a response from us then. We have a response time limit 3-5 days but we mostly respond to tickets in 24 hours on work days. 

    If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.

    Thanks for the clarification.  Can you please also let me know where you guys are based so that I can keep the time zone difference also in consideration when raising a ticket.
