    Hello

    I browse your plugin its great but i need more feature  .

    simply, i want to book chat session or i want to let user to  send message to employee  when he book the appointment and get  answer from employee

    actually i want to book advising session for example user ask for advise in specific field and bay to get answer 

    second is it available  employee dashboard that he can follow his appointments

    I hope my Idea is clear and you can help me

    Hi Nany,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    In our plugin we don't have option for user to send a message to the employee. The only solution here would be to create a custom field and add it to the booking form where customer can add a question or ask for advice. However, employee can answer this only when the customer comes to the appointment (that appointment can be set offline or can be an online session). 

    At the moment each employee can have Amelia employee user role that he can use to login to the back-end and see and track only his appointments. For our next version we are working on the Front-end employee panel where employees will be able to do this from the front-end page that you set on your website and add our shortcode for employee panel.

    Hi Nany,

    We don't have the option for employee to write his reply. You can setup the notifications but for notification you setup the template that will be the same always, so you cannot write different message for each customer. Other option that we have is for employee to add internal note to the appointment (if admin allows employee to edit appointments) but we don't have option for employee to answer to the customer, they can do that only when the customer comes to the appointment or if they send customer a separate email.

    Hi Nany,

    You are welcome.

    We have integration with Zoom and you can use free or paid Zoom plan depending on what you need. If your appointments last less then 40 minutes and you only have one user you can use free Zoom plan, but if you need multiple users and longer duration you will need one of the paid Zoom plans. You can take a look at their pricing here.

    How can customer login to his  customer panel ?(if demo available)

    how can employee login to his panel?(if demo available)

    I will use bank transfer for payment,i want to get admin approval before send the appointment to employee Is that available?

    Hi Nany,

    Customer can login through the link that you can sent in the email notifications. You can add a placeholder for customer panel and customer will receive a link to the customer panel. Before you do that you will need to add the customer panel with a shortcode to the page and to paste the url to that page in our settings. The detailed explanation is here.

    Employee can only login to the back-end at the moment. You can give them Amelia employee user role that they can use to login to the back-end. Employee will be able to only see the calendar, appointments and events page with only his appointments and to see his profile if you allow in the Roles Settings options for changing profile information. We are currently working on the Front-end employee panel that will be released in our next update very soon so it will work same as the Front-end customers panel and we will add documentation for it so you can follow it and set everything.

    As for the bank transfer and approval. You can set Default appointment status to Pending and disable the notification for Pending appointment that would be sent to employee, enable just the Approved notification and when admin approves the appointment employee will receive a notification about that.

    how I can customize  Amelia employee user role is there additional plugin i want employee to see there appointment only

    I want to add another information about the employee like his certificates,experience,and more  information

    can i add custom field when adding employees

    Hi Nany,

    Here you can read more about our employee user role and what you can do with it. By default employee can only see his appointments and events, but you can allow him to also edit or create them or edit his profile, his working hours, days off and special days.

    Unfortunately we don't have option for adding custom fields for the employees.
