Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

not populating meta field columns from Pods custom post type

I am not able to populate the table with custom fields from a Pods Custom Post Type.

At various times, these are the errors I am getting:

    1. The Custom Fields for the Custom Post Type are not visible to select.
    2. I can load the data from an SQL query option. However, I have 35 custom fields to load. When I list those to populate the table, the datatable does not load. I just get a blank screen for what would be the SQL query and preview.

My hope is that I can use WPDataTables to associate between multiple tables but I cannot even get one Custom Post Type to load.

    Hello Andrew

    Thank you for your purchase.

I suppose you're using our query constructor for this purpose?

If that's true, please note that this tool is not an ultimate query generator. It simply constructs a suggestion of a query. We are constantly working to improve it, but SQL is such a complicated and flexible language that full automation for constructing queries is next to impossible. Consequently, the more complicated the query, the higher is the probability that it will not return exactly what you need. So, you will often need to play around with the resulting query.

If you can tell me what you're trying to create (step by step), and provide me wp-admin login credentials for your website, I can take a look, and see if there's anything I can do for you, but please note that writing custom queries isn't included in the provided support for the plugin, and I can't help you with that.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,
