    Hi,

    Upon using the purchased version of the Amelia plugin, we encountered some issues.

    Once a single person booked for a single service, the selected period of time will be unavailable for another customer even if the maximum capacity of the service was set to 6.

    Please advice asap.

    Hello Cyrus, 

    Could you please check if you have disabled the option Allow booking below minimum capacity:  in Amelia -> Settings -> Appointments settings? If this option is disabled customers won't be able to book bellow the minimum but once the minimum is reached that time slot will be closed for other bookings. If this option is enabled multiple separate customers will be able to book the same time slot until the maximum capacity is reached.

    Hi,

    Here's what I can't do using the Amelia plugin:

    - I need to create a race track booking system that can accommodate 6 persons but the payment of the adults and kids are different.

    - When I am trying to create a service, I can't create a condition where I can separate the payments of the adults and kids as well as the condition where I can put them into a single racetrack at the same time.

    I really need your advice.
