    HI Gift,
    Thank you for your purchase.

If this issue occurs then it can be related that some other plugin conflict.
Can you please disable other plugins to see which one may cause the issue.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello Gift,

The issue is probably coming from a conflict with another plugin that you have on your website. Unfortunately issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP.

Please deactivate your plugins one by one and check after each deactivation if the issue is still there. When you find the conflicting plugin let us know which one is it, so I can forward it to our development team so they can check the nature of the conflict and if it can be solved on our side.

can I please get a refund

    Hello Gift,

We are sorry to hear that you don't find Amelia suitable for your business.

In order to request a refund, you need to login to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in the e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from your purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button (if you access the store on a smaller screen and don't see the button right away please scroll to right).

what theme can I use with Amelia cos it’s not working with all the themes I’ve tried out so far

  • [deleted] replied

    Hello Gift,

Amelia is tested with the most used themes out there like Divi, Avada, Bridge, etc. Could you please set your theme to one of the WordPress default themes and let me know if you still have an issue? Also, the conflict may come from other plugin that you have on your website, not just the theme, so please deactivate them one by one and check after each deactivation if the issue is still there.

hey, I requested a refund a couple of days ago, I don’t need it anymore please cancel it if possible. The plugin can work now

    Hello Gift,

Unfortunately, we already approved your refund request, so you would need to purchase Amelia again. The refund needs to be done by our sales provider, Paddle as well, so you can wait for it to refund the amount that you paid for Amelia to your account and then purchase it again.
