In the options of a service the service itself can only be created in steps of 30 minutes. Also the buffer time can only be created in steps of 30 minutes.
Would it be possible to add 15 minutes as well, at least in the smaller range, for both the appointment itself as the buffer times? Like 15m, 30m, 45m, 60m, 75m, 90m, 2h, 2.5h, 3h, etc.
This will be possible if you change the Default time slot step option in Amelia -> Settings -> General to some shorter interval, like for example 15 min as this option applies to all time slots in Amelia. The option is set to 30 min by default, so this is why you see that option only when you create services/buffer times.
