!! URGENT !! - Plugin Crashed Website, 'Fake' Classes (Which Are Bookable) Appearing on Front End & Unable to Cancel Online

The plugin seems to be significantly flawed with us seeing a huge number of issues which have left our team inundated with complaints and messages from our members.

Below are the main significant issues that we have faced:

    • (This is the MOST important and currently the most PRESSING issue) - The plugin is showing bookable classes on the front end which do not exist on the backend (please see attached for an example). As a result, we have had to call in 4 staff to work all day on a Sunday to manually call up each member who has booked one of these 'fake' classes.
    • The online cancellation feature does not work at all.
    • Plugin crashes the entire website. We found this to happen when we had around 200 users on the page. To prevent the plugin from taking down our entire site, we ended up having to move it to a subdomain.

We need urgent action on these above items. Our team cannot cope with the huge number of complaints and requests from members which have been caused by this plugin.

Looking forward to hearing some resolution on these.

    Hi again Lauren

Like I mentioned in the previous ticket, I can't get to your website's log-in page:

As for the issues, and your screenshot - I don't see any inconsistencies there. Your [ameliasearch] form is showing an available slot at 9PM:

Just like it's shown in your calendar:

Since it's saved as a group appointment, I can only assume your Service has a max capacity above 1, and you've allowed your customers to book this appointment multiple times. From your ticket, I'm not sure what your desired setup is, but you're mentioning Sunday, and I can see Monday in the screenshots. Have you configured your employee's working hours?

The plugin should definitely not crash your website, so I do need remote access, with FTP, to be able to debug the issue.

    Kind Regards,
