We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    I am looking for a calendar booking plug in for my WordPress website. We run puppy classes at the vet 

    Our aim is to

    • Place a calendar where clients can search for class times and days
    • 4-6 different customers can book into the same class
    • The class booking automatically books them for 4 classes in a row at the same time. (eg Wednesday at 6:30pm)
    • It then syncs to our google calendar (optional)
    • They can then pay via our pin payment button (if possible)

    I am ready tom purchase but wished to get your feedback especially on the automatic 4 class booking. 

    We also run cat boarding. Would the same plug in be able to be used to book different cat accommodations options online?

    Thanks for your interest.

    Many of this is possible. 

    • Place a calendar where clients can search for class times and days - Yes, you can check our booking forms:
    • Booking search view
    • Services catalog view
    • Step-by-step Booking Wizard view
    • 4-6 different customers can book into the same class -  Yes, you can set minimum and maximum capacity per each appointment.
    • The class booking automatically books them for 4 classes in a row at the same time. (eg Wednesday at 6:30pm) - Customer can book recurring appointment, at the moment t can not be limited to 4, but you can set period available for booking in advance to 4 weeks - this way customer will be able too book just 4 recurring appointments. 
    • It then syncs to our google calendar (optional) - Yes, we have G-cal sync. 
    • They can then pay via our pin payment button (if possible) - I am not sure what is pin payment button?
