Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hello,
I'd like my customers on my site that already registered for my appointments before, be able to buy product(through woocommerce) with existing account. To avoid forcing them creating accounts multiple times on the same site.
Is that possible?
Also, Can we add customer fields to Customer info? So that our staff could keep a profile on the customer, and pull it up before the next meeting/.
HI Alexander,
Thank you for your inquire.
Sorry for late response, we are not working on weekends.
You can assign Amelia Customer role to your customers, more information about roles on this link. There is also possibility to automatically create Amelia customers on booking the appointment.
Also, Can we add customer fields to Customer info?
If you mean to add custom field in the Customer cabinet, unfortunately something like this is not possible to achieve with the plugin built-in features at the moment.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi Bogdan,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I see that setting now. Looks good. Does it use wordpress own emails?
I'll need to brand all outgoing emails
Custom fields wise. I think the best way would be if we could just talk to your plugin by an API and do these type of things on our own.
I really like your plugin. But it's no use on its own if my client can't add more customer information and keep all customers data together.
Is it possible you will extend your web hooks and let as sync customer data with other CRMs in the future?
Thank you
