I am trying to setup my first Amelia service, however, when I try to create a service, the employee field is required. The employees I created are not showing up in the form, it just says "No data". How can I fix this?
After reading other cases, I have made sure I'm on the most current version, and made sure my user roles are in place. Everything is to a T how the guide recommends.
Still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I can actually add that when I go into Amelia Dashboard, the employees are not showing up in the "Employees" section of the dashboard either. either, but when I go into "Employees" they're there.
I tried your recommended fix, of reinstalling the plugin and it did not work. Please use the login provided in private post to login and take a look at my settings.
Sorry to hear the issue is still there. Thank you for the credentials, could you please send us the URL of your website where we can login as well? Thank you.
When I check your Services page, I see there's a Forbidden error there:
Can you check with your hosting provider if there's anything blocking admin-ajax or anything else on your website? I didn't see any security plugins, like WordFence, but if you have any please check if there's something that's restricting Amelia from making the necessary admin-ajax calls.
one last question while I have you. Is it possible to setup a view of services that allows booking for one day only? We're planning a 4th of July event, and I'd like the users to not have to choose a date.
Thanks for letting me know, I'm glad to hear that resolved the issue.
You can create a new Service "4th of July Service" (for example), create a special day for your employee, so he works only on that service on 4th of July, and create a new page where you will add this service with its ID, like:

Hi Andy,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response, we are not working on weekends.
Can you please check if the employees have assigned Amelia Employee role in Users page in WordPress dashboard.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

yes. As mentioned in my second comment, all user roles are in place and good to go. They belong to the Amelia Employee Role.

Could it be a database linking issue?

Hey there! I disabled our security plugin to troubleshoot this. should I reinstall the plugin after disabling the plugin?
Disabling the server side firewall did the trick! I'm going to try and set everything up now.
