Hello !
Since Amelia does not allow direct registration, I use the Ultimate Member plugin to register new wordpress users who are by default the role "Amelia Customer".
I noticed that when I change a parameter (for example email or password) of a client in the Amelia client table (image1), it does not affect the settings of the wordpress user .
So, how can I please, so that when registering a wordpress user, Amelia can recognize it immediately as a user of an Amelia client (I remind you that by default all my new members are keyboards Amelia but they do not appear in the client list (picture2))? Or how can I do so that a customer who registers with Amelia can be directly defined as a wordpress user?
I forgot to add the pictures here
Hello Kevin,
Apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends.
Yes, if you modify Amelia Customers that isn't reflected to the WordPress users, the connection is only so that customers can access and manage their appointments, previously there wasn't a front-end Customer panel in Amelia so customer could login and manage their appointments in the back-end of WP/Amelia.
Customers must be created in Amelia, there isn't a possibility for them to be created if you create WordPress users with the Amelia customer role. There is the possibility to Create new WP user when you create a customer in Amelia, please look at the attachment. Or there is a possibility for customers to be created automatically as WP users when they book an appointment in Amelia, you just need to enable this option Automatically create Amelia Customer user in Amelia -> Settings -> Roles settings -> Customer.
If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask.
It is well understood, thank you!
You are welcome, Kevin.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
