i'm using your plugin but i can't make work the paypal payment process. I used your giude but when i try to pay for a reservation using my paypal sandbox account i receive a loading screen that doesn't go away
Issues like this usually occur when you paste the wrong credentials in the PayPal settings. Have you followed our documentation, where you can see what needs to be copied?
thanks four your answer. I've followed that guide and I used the data I can find in the ClientID/Secret sections. At the end of the reservation process I'll see a white paypal screen with a neverending loading process.
I'll send to you a screen of the error attached in this message.
I tried different paypal accounts with different sandbox data, but the error is always the same. What can I do?
Is there any possibility that the warning on the paypal website saying "An active service disruption in Account may be affecting sandbox performance" could be the reason why i can't make work the entire testing process?
Of course, but I don't know what that means exactly. I just tested our sandbox data in our development website, and it's working fine.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Amelia doesn't use that command anywhere in the code, but some libraries we're using are calling that command, and that's not something we can change.
Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done about this issue. I can only suggest changing the hosting provider, but I understand how troubling that may be.

Hi Aleksander,
I opened a ticket with my hosting provider and they told me that on our server it is not possible to execute this command:
Is it possible to use a different call on the plugin?
Thank you
