I have three employees all which are in different time zones within the United States. I just wanted to confirm that when a client books an appointment the correct timeslot is placed in each employees respective calendar since they are in different time zones.
My website server is set to Los Angeles timezone. I have one employee here in California.
Another employee is in Minnesota (CDT) and the last is in Indiana (EDT) I need to make sure each employee gets their calendar filled up correctly.
The timezone set in Amelia for all employees is the one you choose in your WordPress General Settings. So, all employees' work hours set are in one , same, timezone. And these times (the ones you setup in the back-end for each employee) are shown for customers in their timezone if the option Show booking slots in client time zone in Amelia -> settings -> general is enabled.
If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask.
