Dear Wpamelia,
We have a multilanguage website and wonder if it is possilbe to send a mail in the language the website is currently in. For example when a person books on the english version they get an english mail. When they book on the dutch version they get a dutch mail.
Right now we are using Translate press for the front-end translation.
Any help would be appreciated!
Jonas
Hello Jonas,
Unfortunately, that isn't possible in Amelia with its current built-in features. Notifications can be saved and sent in only one language, so the language you use (literally) when you save them in the back-end of Amelia. This applies to the dynamic strings in Amelia, anything saved in the database - services'/categories'/etc titles and notifications.
It isn't that convenient maybe, but I've seen some users use this work-around - save notifications in both languages in the back-end of Amelia, so all customers get them in both languages, if that could help.
If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask.
