We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there,
I have scanned all the help I can find but no joy. Is there a simple way to limit the quantity of Number of persons during event booking? My event capacity is 60 but I want to limit a single booking to a maximum of 2 people.
Hello Ian
Thank you for your purchase.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
We can help you hide the selection, so only 1 person can register, but that's about it. Amelia doesn't have any settings with which you can limit the number of persons to a specified number.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar,
Thanks for that; great bit software by the way :)
Kind regards
Ian
I would like to hide the selection "number of persons" on my events. Please advise how to do this. Thanks!
Hello Rhonda
We would need the URL of the booking page, so we can find the correct CSS selector that's needed to hide that.
If you're not comfortable leaving the URL in someone else's ticket, please open a new Private ticket, and we'll gladly help you out there.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
