I want customers completing a consent a form before to book an appointment. It will be similar a private policy checkbox (mandatory field). Let me know if you have any questions.
You can use custom fields for this , and the customers can upload that file in the booking form while making an appointment.
The only thing that is not possible is that the customers can download that file from the form, so you will need to find some other way to let them download the file and then upload it in our plugin.
