I am designing a website for an accountant who would like to set hourly appointments. I notice in your demos that there's a payment screen shown at the time of entering your details.
I would like to know if Amelia always has a payment section in the process, or if I can opt to have it or not?
(In future, it may become a great way to pre-pay for appts but for now I think the accountant would charge after the appointment has concluded.)
I'm very keen to know how Amelia works as I design a lot of WP websites!
Yes, you can skip the payment section entirely. To do this you have two options:
1. You can set 0 as service price and the price calculation and payment methods will be automatically hidden, or
2. You can set service price and choose On-site as a payment method. In that way your customers will get info about the price of the appointment but they will be able to finish the booking without payment since they will pay on-site when they come to the appointment (or later outside of our plugin, depends how you want that to be processed).
If you have any question regarding our plugin please do not hesitate to ask, I will be more than glad to answer. All our options you can try on our demo site here (both front-end booking forms and back-end panel).
