As for customization - unfortunately, the only customization is currently available in the Customize page, and it doesn't offer much. Everything else has to be achieved with custom CSS.
I don't know what you're trying to achieve, so I cannot provide any examples. If you can tell me what you want to achieve, and provide me the URL to the booking page, I can probably help you with it.
I'd like to have filters always alred¡ady opened (the calendar, etc) like in this demo of your:

How do I achieve this?
Also, there is no way to customize front views like categories cards,, etc with no CSS??
