I tried Amelia and the plugin still has many flaws. I will not use Amelia this this time but looking forward for the improvements - Please issue me a refund as I will not be using it.

Could you tell us what flaws you found in the plugin?
Please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
