I am setting up Amelia for the very first time. My product is 25 minute consultation. I would like to have time blocks of 25 minutes and a rest peroid of 5 mins between sessions. I don't see a way of setting that up. Could you help?
To set a 5-minute buffer time, you need to go to Amelia's General settings, and reduce the Default Time Slot step to 5 minutes. You can also enable "Use Service Duration for Booking a Time Slot" so your customers don't see available time slots on front end like this:
09:00 - 09:30, 09:05 - 09:35, 09:10 - 09:40, and so on
After that, you can create a Service which will last 25 minutes, with 5 minute buffer time after the service.
