URL from Google spreadsheet publish modal(popup) is not valid for wpDataTables. Please provide a valid URL link that you get from the browser address bar. More info in our documentation on this link.
Keep getting theis error message Ive done everything in the video. Even copied the link from my browser and still the sames message.

Are you copying the URL from the editable Google Spreadsheet, or are you accessing the link from the popup modal, and then copying the URL?
You need to copy the URL of the Spreadsheet which you can edit.
