As Zoom has made updates, I've noticed meetings setup before some updates had old settings and sometimes meetings would be updated with new settings based on the Zoom updates.
Can you clarify how this Amelia integration functions for bookings that are open to multiple people, like for a class? Does each individual registrant receive a unique Zoom invitation link, or is it the same link for each participant for a single meeting?
And are meetings created based on default Zoom account settings?

Do I need to upgrade all of my employees to zoom PRO or they can stay in zoom basic (as employee)?
For Zoom integration, does it matter what type of Zoom account one has? Is the webinar add-on needed?

You don't need any add-ons, and it doesn't really matter what account you have.
When you create an account on Zoom, you need to go to https://marketplace.zoom.us/ and configure the app, like described in our documentation, and that's about it.
After that, you need to link your employees with their zoom accounts (accounts created in the app you create on the link above), and enable Zoom in Service's settings.

For group appointments, all participants receive the same URL, so they all attend the same meeting at the same time.
Meetings are created based on your Zoom settings, so if you left them on default, they will remain as default.

Zoom works on events too. You simply need to choose the Zoom user when creating the event.

No worries, I just mentioned that for future reference, so we don't lose time writing the same answer in multiple tickets.
I don't know how we failed to add any documentation about Zoom and Events, but it will be added. My apologies for that. It's really simple, though.
You create a Zoom account, add the JWT app in https://marketplace.zoom.us/, and copy your credentials in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Zoom.
Then you connect your employee to his Zoom account (the employee needs to be aded in https://marketplace.zoom.us/ first).
When creating an Event, you simply select the Zoom user which will be assigned to the Event, and that's it.
