I bought a license from Envato and I tried to renew my support, but it says the price is $299. Not sure what happened but I can't pay that now and there is a problem with the plugin.
I'm trying to make a pie chart, but it keeps saying "Maximum count of columns for this chart type is 2" as soon as I add the third column.
Screenshot:
So I'm forced to use only 1 String column and 1 Int column, so it looks like this on the next step:
As an Envato customer, you have a lifetime license, but your support expired 6 months after purchase. We can offer you to switch to our subscription (or lifetime) licenses if you'd like. Pricing can be found on our website https://wpdatatables.com/pricing/
Unfortunately, the chart libraries limit pie charts to 2 columns only, so there's no workaround for that. You should modify your table in order to use it differently.
I just saw that Paddle forwarded your correspondence with them to us. I'll consider the email obsolete, since you've reached out to us through tickets. Would that be alright with you?
Using your existing Envato account you can't switch to our deals. However, if you're interested in switching over to our lifetime (or subscription - you get to choose) deal, we can reach out to our management and have them provide a discount coupon for you.
As for the issue with the links - I'm not sure until I take a look.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Hello Andrew

For example, this table:
Can be used to create a chart like this:

Ok thank you, that works.
Also how would switching to unlimited plan work from Envato? Let me know as I will need support in the future.
For now I just have 1 more question, I have "Player" column set up so that it shows a link. (https://imgur.com/a/f4ikwON)
However in frontend, it doesn't show a link, only text: https://imgur.com/a/dAv9mNe
How can I fix this so it's linked?

Hi Aleksandar,
Thanks but that removes the "+" button, which I want to keep.
Is there any way I can have it linked and the + button?
Andrew
Hi again Andrew
You need to modify the Name column, so it consists the same data as ID column.
Please go to ../wp-content/uploads/2020/06/sourcefile.xlsx and make this change, and it should work like you expect.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I can't just change the Name column, that will mess up my page contents.
I changed the first column to be ID, but it doesn't fix, it shows like this:
Same problem if I change the Player column to display as ID, not title_with_link_to_post.

Hello again Andrew
Can you please re-enable the log-in credentials for your website, so I can make the necessary adjustments?
Please remember this is a public ticket, so please enable the Private response.
