In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

    We are using the plugin to schedule pool reservation slots due to limited capacity. for our HOA.

    I can't figure out how to limit the hours to a range or specify slots for each "service" (open swim, lap swim, gym). The slot duration is set appropriately, but when I access the dashboard, it has the availability for 24 hrs.


    Really happy with purchase, just can't find the correct documentation. I'm sure a link/video would clear this up fairly quickly. Recommend putting a search function on your documentation section.

    Wordpress time zone was set incorrect. Also to those that see this...

    Make sure you assign an "employee" with the hours your like that specific service available.  All times are based off your WordPress>General>UTC setting

    Yes, the available time slots for a service are configured by setting up the employees' work hours to whom the service is assigned to and the timezone setting from WordPress General Settings applies to Amelia as well.
