Hi,
We are having an issue with the Appointment Next Day Reminder emails not sending out - the confirmation emails are working fine, but the Appointment Next Day Reminder emails aren't being sent out.
I have added the details to the Cron as per the note in the Notification settings - please see the attached screenshot, perhaps I have put these in incorrectly?
This is very important to The Alley Barber and essential for the clients, if you could please help out with this that would be fantastic.

It does look fine, but depending on of the server there is a different configuration for it which you can contact your hosting provider or you can check out one of the solutions from this link.
Also, you can try this:

If that does not help you, my suggestion is to try with WP Crontrol plugin. You have detailed instructions in our FAQ section (look for WP Crontrol).
