Amelia version 2.7 support search customer by email. My customer data only have phone number no email, so it is better if Amelia support search customer by phone number.
We haven't had such request (search by phone) so far, and we had several for the Search by email, so this is why we implemented that option. I will add your feature request to our list so it can be considered for future implementation.
