I'm curious how timezone conversion works. Do the times listed on the calendar when a customer is booking correspond to their timezone?

Thanks for your interest!
No, the client's time zone is automatically recognized and the client sees slots in his/her timezone. We have an option on the back-end "Show time slots in client's timezone" that needs to be enabled.
