We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Just a few questions, does Amelia integrate seamlessly with WooCommerce?

    Why such a large price difference between using Envato and your site for a purchase?

    Is there a White Label option for the multiple domain lifetime license?

    Hi Mark,

    Thank you for your interest!

    We do not tend to send on Envato anymore, and the plugin is on Envato so our first users can have their lifetime update. 

    On our website we have different licenses that you can choose from. 

    Yes, we have integration with WooCommerce for payments, you can read more here: https://wpamelia.com/woocommerce-integration/

    We do not have white label option at the moment.

    Last two questions!

    Is it possible to integrate Amelia with AirBnB and VRBO calendars?

    If we buy a single license and decide that we can use this plugin for additional clients can we upgrade to a Developer Lifetime license?

    Hi Mark,

    No we do not have such integrations since we do not have room booking in our plugin. Amelia is for booking appointments and events. 

    Yes, of course, you can upgrade later.
