I just had one question regarding role assignment. If a doctor adds his staff to the panel, do we have a separate login functionality for the staff and the relevant dashboard for them to see their daily responsibilities?

Each role has different look of the WordPress dashboard but if you want to increase the capabilities of the role you can use some other plugin for example User Role Editor.
If you want for customers to login, we do have Customer front end panel , so they will not access the back-end of your WordPress. More info on this link.

This is the current backend built in CODEIGNITER. We want similar thing for the client in WordPress.
