We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

SMS notfications not recharging

    Hi,


    I am trying to recharge my SMS account to enable SMS notifications to be sent. However there seems to be a problem with the recharge button, in which after you select the amount it looks as though it is processing however nothing happens. I have also tried logging in with another account to check that but it is still not available. Can someone please look in to this as I need to activate this urgently.

    Where can I find out which version I have? 

    In the WP updates there isn’t one available for Amelia, so I am assuming it is the most up to date?

    Hi Deborah,

    The newest plugin version is 2.7. You need to have to installed version 2.7. in order to recharge SMS balance, because we have changed the payment provider for recharging balance.
