In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

If you are talking about adding fields in the back-end of Amelia to Customers/Employees this isn't possible, unfortunately. Custom fields can be added to services and events so when customers book they can provide some additional information in these fields.

Just put in in your todo list for future updates :
imagine that i offer to regular client a home service like personnal sport coach at client home.
client has no recurring appointment, he choose when he wants to book the service.
Client must at every new appointment reenter adress?
imagine also a professional booking a service not recurrently, he is regular client, we have to send him monthly bill, has he to write his professional VAT number every time?
To issue an invoice, the minimum fields are Organization name, adress and professional VAT number

I see now, you need more fields for Customers in the back-end of Amelia, unfortunately that isn't possible with the current Amelia's built-in features but of course, I will add your feature request to our list, so it will be considered for implementation in the future.
