In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi,
I have used Amela to create a page for making an appointment. This whole page-flow works nicely (so services/employees, google calendar integration), only, when pressing the final conformation button at the end of the appointmentscreen, the 'wait-circle- appears and from then nothing happens, the screen hangs.
The appointment is not stored in Amelia, and also no conformation emails are sent.
Where/how should I fix this?

Solved it, by disconnecting from Woocommerce.

Glad to see the issue is gone, thank you for letting us know. If you want to use WooCommerce integration with Amelia, maybe something wasn't configured properly in Woo or Amelia for this integration to work properly. Do you have the Cart and Checkout pages for WooCommerce, as the booking should redirect to Cart after it is done in Amelia?
