I've updated Amelia to the latest 2.7 update and now my catergories, services, etc. no longer show up. I tried deactivating, deleting and reinstalling the plugin, and also deactivating the domain from the amelia store. No luck!
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Same problem tonight ! All services and appointment dissapear on backend ! Only way is restore 2.6 and all is fine. Tried to delete all amelia folder, reupload, download PHP from 7.3 to 7.0 nothing work...
Hi Aleksandar, I also have the same issue. I made a lot of test and my conclusion is that it happen with administrator and superadministrator wordpress role in multi site environment. I have not problems with the user amelia manager. Can you confirm us that those error are detected please?
Here evidence of calendar on the backend. The issue is that all services and appointment dissapear on backend.
I made a rollback to 2.6 to avoid problems. Thanks in advance
The issue is definitely not with administrator roles, otherwise no one would be able to work with the new update.
It's probably something in the database, as I can see that the plugin has a 500 error. Would you be able to open a new private ticket, where you can share your credentials with me, so I can take a look?
Enzo's issue has been fixed - there was an issue with the description column in the database - too many characters.
Laurent - you can always open pre-purchase tickets - you don't need a purchase code for that, and for issues like "plugin is not working" we'll always help, regardless if you have active support or not.
Hi Aleksandar, I bought it but don´t have active suscription now. it´s that the reason. You mention i can always open pre-purchase tickets but how can i send you my credentials to test my environment.
I don´t have problems to share temporarily my credencials as plublic.
You can open pre-purchase tickets, and add details in there, that's not an issue.
Please don't share your log-in credentials in public tickets, especially not tickets like this one, where over 10 people have answered.
I tried logging in with the credentials you left yesterday, but it said I don't have cookies enabled on my browser. I'm logging into a lot of sites every day, and this is not an issue. Can you check if Serbia is, maybe, blocked?
Please open a private pre-purchase ticket, leave the details of your issue there, and the log in credentials, and we'll gladly help.

Yo he tenido que reinstalar la version 2.6 para que me funcione. Me ha ocurrido lo mismo que a ti.
Yes, I also reinstalled v2.6 to fix the problem until it's resolved

Locations, Team, Service Site on the Backend are now empty after upgrading to 2.7!
Saw your ticket, Kevin
Please respond there.
Just a quick advice - can you all try to deactivate 2.7 and activate it again from the Plugins section?
If that doesn't work, make sure to delete cache on your websites and browsers. Please let me know if any of these simple steps help.
